The Owner portal for the new web site displays "tiles" that indicate functions on the site. In the "Profile" section, you can update your contact information, add a tenant or co-resident, add a pet or vehicle, view your statement, make payments, set up Auto-Pay, and much more. Village On Main Street
Village on Main Street community in Bellevue WA is a warm and welcoming neighborhood. The community is well maintained by the Homeowner’s association as evidenced by the great landscaping and buildings. Built in 1988, these PUD townhomes back to green space and trails. Each unit has their own private patio and fenced backyard.

Next Monthly Board Meeting
The regular monthly meeting for January will take place on Tuesday, March 22. The meeting will be held via Zoom. Access information will be found in the Agenda; an email reminder will be sent to all owners prior to the meeting.
Annual General Meeting & Budget Ratification
The 2021 Annual Board Meeting and 2022 Budget Ratification Meeting took place on November 9, 2021. A quorum was reached by mail-in ballot. The 2022 Budget was ratified and the three Board candidates were elected. Log in to see contact information and terms for all Board members.
